There are so many things we think we need to take with us when we go to deliver a baby. This is a smaller checklist of the items that we have found to be essential.
Having a birth plan ahead of time can help you feel more in control of your birth and help your caregivers assist you in having a happy birth. Please know every birth is different and you will need to be open to changes in your plan for the safety of you and your baby.
